Due to the winter weather advisory and forecast for Monday, Stokes County Schools will operate on a remote learning day on Monday, December 8, 2025.
Students should follow the remote learning plans provided by their teachers. If you have questions about expectations or assignments, please contact your child’s teacher or school principal for guidance. Staff should refer to communication from their supervisors regarding reporting expectations.
The Board of Education meeting scheduled for tomorrow night will be rescheduled. When a new date is determined, an announcement will be made.

Many families who began the Online Registration (OLR) process for new students may have received a message saying they’d get a follow-up email to complete the application — but unfortunately, that email was never sent due to a system issue.
💡 If you started the OLR and are still waiting for a confirmation email, please restart the process from the beginning to ensure your application is received.
